White Lake Dairy gives us a unique cider brandy washed rind goat cheese wrapped in vine leaves giving it a distinct appearance. When eaten young it should have a slightly citrus flavour balanced with salt and a creamy after taste. As it ripens it can have a slightly pungent smell and flavour due to the rind.
