Indian cucumber salad
Turn down the heat with this palate-cleansing, accompaniment to curry, flavoured with mustard seedsIngreadient:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp black or brown mustard seed
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp caster sugar
Direction
- Halve the cucumber lengthways, then scoop out the seeds and slice. Mix with mustard seeds, vinegar and sugar.
